On Monday January 5th 2009, we will be retiring the server holding all active email boxes for the @delaware.net, @delaware.com and @ezol.com. All three domains will be transitioned to a new server, however due to program limitations, we cannot copy any user content (address book, calendar, emails, etc). Changes to our password scheme will also require a password to now have a minimum of 5 characters and not contain your username:
Example: johndoe@delaware.net cannot have a password of john123
We can be contacted at anytime to update your current password before the Jan. 5th deadline. After the deadline, if your current password does not comply with the new settings, we will change the password for you.
This will not affect anyone using an email client to download their data to their personal machines. Anyone primarily using Webmail to check their mail will need to set up an email program to retrieve their data from the server. Failure to do so by Jan. 5th will result in loss of email.
