Our company uses the Email Spam Protection service (postini) offered by Delaware.Net for all our email accounts and it definitely is worth the money. Donny is right.... since about July 2nd the level of email related threats has been very elevated, and the Postini has been doing it's job. One other comment would be to restrict employees from use other webmail services, such as Hotmail, that might not be protected as well as your own company or hosted mail server.
